First thing to consider when buying a digital camera is the megapixel #, we suggest anything with at least 10-megapixels or higher. So keep that in mind, a tiny digital camera may not make the most sense if your vision isn't perfect. The ultra-compact and slim digital cameras a touch more expensive given you get a thinner design and better technology in a smaller camera. Our only drawback to these smaller digital cameras is that they are often hard to hold. They can be so small and slick that getting a steady hold of them can be difficult. The top end model is the Cyber-shot DSC-T30/B Digital Camera ($499.95) and comes with an InfoLithium battery, stabilization mode, and 3X optical zoom lens. The Cyber-shot DSC-N1 Digital Camera ($449.95) is a touch cheaper and can store up to 500 VGA images and has a 3.0" LCD monitor. The Cyber-shot DSC-T9 Digital Camera ($399.95) is the hottest new camera to hit the stores and has all the standard features that are perfect for the first time buyer. The low end model is the Cyber-shot DSC-T5 Digital Camera offered in Silver/Black for $249.95.
